Great article! I agree that InMails are a fantastic way to reach your prospects. However, people don’t always respond to them. We use LinkedIn as a source for prospects and then use other tools to contact the prospects we mine.

I actually just wrote a blog post on how to prospect effectively on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and what tools to use to build your contact database once you identify your ideal prospects. I’ve pasted the link below and would love to know what you think!

Thanks,

Comment on What is Sales Enablement? A Modern Definition for B2B Sales by Jenny Tod https://accent-technologies.com/blog/2015/12/15/what-is-sales-enablement-a-modern-definition-for-b2b-sales/#comment-5661 Fri, 06 Oct 2017 19:54:59 +0000 http://accent-technologies.com/?p=20209#comment-5661 So many of these things resonated with me! As a member of a marketing team at a software company, I can attest to the effectiveness both sales and marketing teams can have when they choose to work together. We’ve created systems and templates for our sales team to use that allow them to devote the majority of their time to closing deals. Its also mind blowing that if ‘84% of sales reps at companies with best-in-class sales enablement strategies achieve their quotas,’ more companies aren’t putting a focus on those strategies! We’ve just recently made that shift of prioritizing sales enablement using a platform called Lessonly, a sales training and enablement software that really helps to increase sales retention, productivity, and visibility for our reps. You can check it out here: http://www.lessonly.com/sales-enablement-training-software/.

Comment on Are Your Sales Managers Coaching from the Locker Room? by Monika Götzmann https://accent-technologies.com/blog/2017/06/16/sales-managers-coaching-locker-room/#comment-5537 Thu, 13 Jul 2017 06:14:19 +0000 https://accent-technologies.com/?p=26384#comment-5537 Without tracking how your sales team performs, it is almost impossible to predict results. If you are not aware of their initiatives, overall performance in key situations, soft skills, etc. you won’t get any idea about the difficulties they face or the mistakes they make. This, in turn, will make it extremely difficult to devise an appropriate coaching program.

I was priviledged to attend the first training in Asia done by Alston Gardner, TAS founder, in 1991. Today, I work at a company using infomentis (which is a combination of TAS and Infomentis, in fact), and I have to say: 25 years later I still think it’s a great methodology.
